brewed with orange zest and coriander, and aged in an oak foeder for several months.
Fermentation with several yeast strains, namely Bavarian Wit, Belgian Wit and French Saison yeast, and our house souring culture

清新的甜橙皮、香菜仔、稀薄的發酵酸韻
發酵帶來的檸檬、乳酸、柑橘等香氣繽紛、帶低度風土汗水感
麥芽穀物感中等偏低、會佐以低度香草感
無顯著的酒花風味特性
Appearance(2/3)：
黃色、澄清度低。
白色酒帽量少、壽命略短
杯中氣泡湧現踴躍
Flavor(16/20)：
入口發酵酸韻強度中等但不咬舌、帶輕度橄欖韻味
後續會轉出低度木桶香草、穀倉、Saison似的辛香與Witbier酯香調
酒體的穀物風味強度低、僅呈現低度的麵團、小麥麵包
酒花風味與苦韻亦低、整體風味展現以發酵特徵為主軸
發酵程度高、收尾乾，餘韻的果酯風味相當長

酒體輕盈、碳酸感中高、
口感輕快、酸韻輕而生津、
