Local tart cherries of the Gorsem varietal to a beer which was aged together with wine we made from Pinot Noir, Regent, and Cabernet Jura grapes

Overall Impression(9/10)：

紅色、澄清度良好。香氣的紅葡萄、發酵酸香與果感豐沛、動物感低。入口酒質相當的輕、碳酸低。入口前段的酸櫻桃風味別緻、中段會帶出少許果皮單寧與微酸。後續發酵動物感會隨溫度開只、帶少許生薑，尾端為輕度酸韻與木質。穀物風味簡潔、收尾偏乾，尾韻主軸為前述發酵酸韻與少許木質感
