A blend with the pomance of Agliancio grapes and 3-Year-old lambic. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a 3-months pellicular maceration in chestnut barrels

清澈的粉紅色、無酒帽。香氣的莓果果醬、果實酒氣息鮮明、帶低度單寧與發酵野味。入口酒體輕盈、碳酸感偏高。風味主軸為輕盈的紅色莓果、酸櫻桃、葡萄、發酵果感與少許可樂。核心的穀物與香草感輕盈、尾韻回歸發酵主軸
