沒抽到獎只好開酒來洨確幸一下(?)
然後就是英文到一半我懶病就發作了,我看以後這種鳥事還是交給別人代勞吧

Aroma(10/12):
中高度的葡萄乾、水梨、蘋果等果酯甜香、酚類的香料感低
中高麥芽香氣(飽滿的麥穀、深色果酯、焦糖、微薄的烘烤堅果感)。
低度酒花香氣(少許青草)。
麥芽與酵母的果酯主導香氣、結構完整而飽滿
Medium-high ester with resin, pear and apple aroma. Spice aroma from phenol is relatively low.
Medium-high malt aroma, which is solid with dried fruit(resin), caramel and slighty rosted nuts.
Herbal aroma from hops is low.
Texture of aroma is nice and dominated by Malt and yeast ester.

Appearance(3/3):
略深棕色、不算非常透光。
米色酒帽量中等、因氣泡湧現不只而壽命長
Dark brown color, transparancy is low.
Long-lasting, Medum, ivroy colored head

Flavor(15/20):
中高麥芽風味(飽滿的麥穀、焦糖、蜂蜜、烘烤、自帶的葡萄乾果酯、稀薄的微焦)。
低度酒花風味(輕盈的草本)。
中低但堅實酒花苦韻。
中高果酯(麥芽果乾、水梨、無花果)、低度酚類胡椒、香草辛香。
發酵程度高、收尾中等偏乾,餘韻為豐沛、以麥芽支撐的的酵母調性。
Medium-high malt flavor is rich with caramel, honey,toasty, resin-like ester (from dark-colored malt).
It is unusual for a Belgian Dark Strong Ale have such rosty/nutty flavor.
Hop flavor is low but the strength of bitterness is medium-low.
Ester from both malt and yeast is decent with dried-fruit, pears and dried figs profiles.
But phenolic flavors(peppery, vanilla) is low.
Finish is medium-to-dry with lots of malt and yeast profiles.

Mouthfeel(5/5):
中高酒體、高度而略顯澎發的碳酸感、
口感平順、風味節奏輕快、餘韻酒精感不顯明
Medium-high body with high carbonation.
Mouth feel is fluffy with low alcohol warmth.

Overall Imperssion(8/10):
烘烤/久煮帶出的微薄焦韻讓這支酒有一點點的不典型
但整體來說依舊好喝
It is unusual for a Belgian Stron Dark Ale have such rosty flavor.
But it is still a good brew ,IMO
Total:(41/50) Excellent (Exemplifies style well, requires minor fine-tuning.)
