Brewed with orange peel and coriander to take elements from the classic Wit bier, balanced out as a cream ale.
Fermented at lower temperatures to leave more space for the dryhopping and the spices

Appearance：
橘紅色、澄清度不高。
白色酒帽量略少、壽命中短
Flavor：
中低橙皮與稍帶少許木質感的香菜仔風味
中低麥芽(小麥穀物、麵包)。
中等酒花風味(柳橙、柚皮、輕度杉木與藥草)。
中等酒花苦韻。
發酵程度高、收尾乾，
Mouthfeel：
中等酒體、中高碳酸感、
口感輕快、易飲性良好、
Overall Imperssion：
其實加了Witbier的原料要說算Cream Ale是有點怪怪
但還不錯喝就是了，只是我喝很快所以最後也沒寫到什麼東西
