Blend of barrel aged spontaneous fermentation golden sour ale (26 months (41%) & 16 months(21%) aged) and barrel aged mix culture honey saison (38 months( 18%) and 25 months(20%) aged) refermented with California organic peaches and Organic nectarines.

配合明亮的發酵特徵讓桃子芳香感充沛且多汁

入口質地平順、發酵酸韻背後帶少許果皮單寧感

風味主軸為前述的優異桃子風韻、後續以芒果青、蘋果等發酵果感承接

末段會再佐以少量的萊姆皮與穀物基底

尾韻主軸為前述果味、延續佳且質地精巧
